Jayme Purinton, MBA, PCC

Principal Consultant and Executive Coach

Jayme has over two decades of experience working with teams and executives at the C-suite and management levels to assess business challenges, target areas for improvement, and create long-term solutions. Whether acting as an executive coach or organization development consultant, her expertise in building teams, creating development opportunities, supporting executives, improving communication, developing culture, and enhancing organizational effectiveness is an asset to clients. Jayme has worked with publicly-traded corporations, IT and high-tech organizations, in Life Sciences and Biotech, and with Law Firms, NPOs, and in a variety of healthcare financial services, and public service settings.

Jayme is an Executive Coach at renown organizations as well as a volunteer coach to budding entrepreneurs at Babson College's WIN Lab Venture Accelerator and Coaching for Leadership and Teamwork Program (CLTP); she is Program Judge and Mentor to entrepreneurs seeking Early Stage Financing for Healthcare and Climate startup businesses through the Mass Challenge Accelerator Program; a volunteer coach to NGOs with the Women in Leadership Development (WILD) Networks, Ethical Coach, the Massachusetts Conference for Women, and through Harvard University’s Girls With Impact Program.

​Jayme holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation and is a Certified Executive Coach from the Center for Executive Coaching. She is an accredited team coach through the Global Team Coaching Institute (GTCI) and is engaged in programs through the Neuroleadership Institute (NLI) and World Business & Executive Coach Program (coaching.com), drawing from social sciences and neuroscience to support clients. Jayme’s certifications, education, and experience enable a truly systemic and holistic approach to behavior change.

​​Jayme has an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Boston University, a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the New England College of Business, and a Master Human Capital Strategist (HCS) designation from the Human Capital Institute in Washington, D.C. Jayme also serves as a Guest Lecturer at Mass General Hospital’s Center for Faculty Development Leadership Development Program (LDP). ​​

​Jayme works with teams and coachees using the following tools: DISC, MBTI, Leadership Versatility Index, EQ Inventory 2.0 and EQ360, Strengths Finder, Hogan Personality Assessment, TKI, Social Styles, Denison Culture Survey, Positive Intelligence (PQ) Assessment, Profiles XT, Leadership x360, and uses several different coaching models to guide and support clients.

​Outside of work Jayme is focused on building bridges within her community and supporting broader causes such as mental health awareness, the protection of human rights, and increasing opportunities and support for women and girls in STEM. Jayme loves to spend time reading, cooking, playing pickleball, and engaging with family, friends, and her dog.

Using an action-oriented coaching approach and expertise in organizational psychology, Blue Sky associates work with executives, managers, and teams to get the most out of employees while keeping them engaged, productive, satisfied, and retained. 

Working in partnership with organizational leadership, we help develop human capital management and productivity plans.This work is done by assessing what is needed, removing barriers, and enabling organizations to focus on cultivating and retaining the organization's greatest asset, its workforce.  

Managing and evolving an organization over time takes hard work, diligence, planning, and a commitment to consistent change. We will ask the right questions, involve the right people at the right time, provide you with tools and resources, and enable employees to carry out day to day work with less stress.
