Service Description

The Blue Sky Women’s Empowerment Mastermind will include a small group of women who will get together for virtual working sessions (~1x/mo) over a 6-month time period to talk about topics such as: • Balance & Boundaries • Workplace challenges • Thought leadership & Influence • Presence • Imposter syndrome • Self-Advocacy & Agency The benefits of this program include a great investment of time, networking and connecting with other successful women, 6-months of professional development in a flexible environment with an intimate group, and several 1:1 sessions with a highly regarded executive coach. Groups are curated carefully, as dynamics are incredibly important and the topics will be tailored to the interests of participants. Commitment: • 5 facilitated working sessions (90 min. with minimal prep work) • 3-4 1:1 coaching sessions per person • Networking and community development with incredible women • Development Planning and/or Personal Elevator Pitch • Lifetime Access to an online Resource Hub - book, article, TED Talk recommendations, tips, tools, templates, etc.
