Service Description

The 2025 Blue Sky Women’s Empowerment Mastermind will include a small group of women who will collaborate with like-minded individuals via virtual working sessions (~1x/mo) over 3-months to talk about topics such as: • Balance & Boundaries • Workplace Challenges • Thought Leadership & Influence • Presence • Imposter Syndrome • Self-Advocacy & Agency The benefits of this program include an investment of time, networking and connecting with other successful women, 3-months of professional development in a flexible environment with an intimate group, and several customized 1:1 sessions with an executive coach of over 20 years of experience supporting individuals through career growth.
