Jayme Purinton, MBA, PCC

Principal Consultant and Executive Coach

 

Jayme Purinton is the founder and Principal Consultant at Blue Sky Consulting. She has over 20 years of experience as a coach and in many organization development disciplines. Jayme has worked with publicly-traded corporations, higher education institutions, IT and high-tech organizations, pharmaceuticals & life sciences, and in many healthcare settings. She has a keen interest in gaining clarity and evolving organizations via assessment, interviews, team coaching, and by creating improved internal processes. Jayme works with all levels of the organization to develop strategies, build teams, provide development opportunities, coach high performing employees, improve communications, and to enhance overall organizational effectiveness. 

Jayme's coaching expertise comes from two decades coaching executives at the C-suite and management levels as well as formal coaching and leadership training through the Center for Executive Coaching, International Coach Federation (ICF), the Global Team Coaching Institute (GTCI), and The NeuroLeadership Institute (NLI), which draws from broader social sciences and neuroscience to provide a truly systemic approach to behavior change. Jayme has coached budding entrepreneurs at Babson College's Coaching for Leadership and Teamwork Program (CLTP), and serves as a Mentor to start-ups through the Mass Challenge Accelerator program. Jayme holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from ICF, is a certified Team Coach through the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), and has a coaching certificate from the Center for Executive Coaching, a certificate in Organizational Development from DePaul University, and is certified to teach Leading Organizational Transition via William Bridges’ 3-phase transition model.  

 

Jayme is certified to administer several assessments and has worked extensively with MBTI, DISC, Hogan Personality Assessment, Leadership Versatility Index (LVI), Strengths Finder, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI), Tracom Social Styles, True Colors, the Denison Culture Survey, and draws from a number of different coaching models.

With an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Boston University, a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the New England College of Business, and a Master Human Capital Strategist designation from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in Washington, D.C., Jayme's professional education is a solid foundation upon which her consulting practices have been built.
